We finally signed for our new HELOC today on our house. We increased the credit line from $75,000 to $128,900, with a $30,000 outstanding balance. So, we now have nearly $100,000 in credit available. We also have about $10,000 on the HELOC on the Condo, too. These credit lines give us the power to buy in cash. Now we just need to decide what to buy!
